Progress Updates:
August 19, 2026 - Rock-N-Dirt Inc has been scheduled to start emergency repair work today, August 19, 2026, in the afternoon. Residents on Crowley Circle have been notified of possible disruptions to water service while Rock-N-Dirt's crew performs the repair work. No other residents are expected to be affected at this time.
August 18, 2026 - Resident at 18 Crowley Circle called the emergency phone number to follow up on email sent on August 17, 2026. CLMWC Board replied and performed a site visit to inspect the reported leak. CLMWC Board confirmed the leak onsite and worked with Rock-N-Dirt Inc to schedule the emergency maintenance work.
August 17, 2026 - Resident at 18 Crowley Circle identified a small water leak near the street close to where the driveway at 18 Crowley Circle ties into the road and alerted CLMWC's Board via email. The leak is approximately where CLMWC's lateral splits off from the main line to the property at 18 Crowley Circle. Although, the actual location of the leak can only be confirmed once a construction crew digs down to the leak.

Progress Updates:
August 18, 2026 - This project is now complete. You can view the project completion report by clicking on the link up above.
June 27, 2026 - We are pleased to report that the project is now substantially complete, and there are no additional water shut-offs scheduled for next week. We recognize how disruptive these service interruptions can be and appreciate the efficiency of White Rock Construction in completing this work in a timely manner. White Rock Construction will be onsite early next week (June 29-30) to continue cleanup and demobilization.
Key improvements to our system include:
- New Fire Hydrants: Installed on Elderberry Ln., South Landing Rd., and Aspen Terrace to replace aging units that had reached the end of their service life.
- System-Wide Valve Upgrades: We have installed new shut-off valves throughout the entire system. These allow us to isolate specific areas for future maintenance, preventing the need to shut down water for the entire system.
June 26, 2026 - Site work continues at multiple locations. White Rock Construction has made progress replacing critical infrastructure on Elderberry Lane, South Landing Road, Crowley Circle, and Aspen Terrace. The crew will be working along Aspen Terrace today to install a new fire hydrant and various other sites to perform cleanup. Water service shutoffs will continue today, Friday, June 26, 2026 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. There are no additional water service shutoffs scheduled for the upcoming weekend. Site work is substantially complete. The crew will be onsite next week to continue cleanup and demobilize from the site.
June 24, 2026 - Site work continues at multiple locations. White Rock Construction has made progress replacing critical infrastructure on Elderberry Lane, South Landing Road, and Crowley Circle. The crew will be working along Aspen Terrace today as well as other possible locations. Water service shutoffs will continue today, Wednesday, June 24, 2026 from 11:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m. There are no additional water service shutoffs scheduled this week.
June 22, 2026 - Site work continues at multiple locations. White Rock Construction has made progress replacing critical infrastructure on Elderberry Lane, South Landing Road, and Crowley Circle. The crew will be working along Elderberry Lane and Crowley Circle today as well as other possible locations. Water service shutoffs will continue this week and are currently scheduled for Monday (June 22), Tuesday (June 23), and Wednesday (June 24) from 11:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m.
June 18, 2026 - Site work continues at multiple locations. White Rock Construction has made progress replacing critical infrastructure on Elderberry Lane. The crew will be working along South Landing Rd. today among other possible locations. Water service shutoffs will continue daily from 9:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. through Friday, June 19, 2026 with the possibility to be extended into next week. No work is scheduled for this weekend (June 20-21, 2026).
June 15, 2026 - White Rock Construction arrived onsite to perform sitework. Water system shut offs will occur starting June 16, 2026 during business hours. Work will occur on Elderberry Lane first and then move systematically up through the rest of the system.
(Old) CLMWC is waiting for a construction schedule from the contractor and working to hire a water systems operator for the duration of the construction project.
(Old) CLMWC has contracted with White Rock Construction to complete the work. CLMWC Members were notified about the estimated construction schedule and properties located adjacent to construction zones. CLMWC's Board will be providing a project update at the 1st Quarter Regular Board Meeting on April 23, 2026. CLMWC Members are encouraged to attend the meeting to hear updates on the project and ask the Board any questions.

Progress Updates: CLMWC has scheduled a site visit for CDM Smith to complete a survey of the remaining unknown inventory service lines. The site visit is scheduled for Thursday, May 7, 2026. CDM Smith is providing this service at no cost to CLMWC. This service is funded through the State of California.
